Wee Wisdom Nursery School and Child Care Center is staffed with highly educated, enthusiastic caregivers and teachers. Our selection process is based upon educational transcripts, past experiences with children, teaching experience, exemplary references, and much more. We pride ourselves in providing a consistency of staff, which results in a very low turnover rate.
Below is a list of positions that we occasionally hire for and their qualifications:

| Supervisor in Child Care | CDA with minimum of 3 years in ECE experience in a licensed day care center, Working toward an Associate Degree or Higher in ELED, SPCED, or ECE and a minimum of 2 years experience working in a licensed day care center |
| Head Cook | HS Diploma and 2 years experience cooking for large groups |
| Assistant Cook | HS Diploma and Basic Food Preparation Experience |
| Chauffeur | 21 Years of Age, Have a Valid Drivers License, and No Driving or Parking Violations in past seven (7) years |
| Office Manager | HS Diploma, Computer Competency, Accounting Competency, Organizational Detailed, and Office Experience |
| Assistant Office Personnel | HS Diploma, Computer Competency, Organized |
| Nursery School Lead Teacher | BS in ELED, SPCED, or ECE |
| Nursery School Assistant Teacher | HS Diploma, working toward CDA, or plans to begin a CDA with one year of employment |
| Foreign Language Teacher | Degree in Spanish, Experience teaching Spanish as a second language |
| Music Therapist | Must be licensed music therapist with experience in application of music therapy with children |
| Lifeguard | HS Diploma, Current Lifeguard Certifications in CPR/First Aid for the Professional Rescuer |
