According to Folklore, if it is cloudy when the groundhog emerges from it's burrow on February 2, then Spring will come early.  If it is sunny and the groundhog is able to see it's shadow, he will retreat back into it's burrow, and winter weather will persist for six more weeks!  Let's pray for a...
