This is an in-class party.   Parents and younger siblings do not attend.  The party takes place during regular class time.  Students bring individual valentines for their classmates and teachers.  Parent may send in additional favors (candy, treat bags, etc.), but must follow the guidelines listed in the parent handbook related to acceptable snack items and favors.
