Wee Wisdom is staffed with highly educated, enthusiastic caregivers and teachers. Our selection process is based upon educational transcripts, past experiences with children, teaching experience, exemplary references, and much more. Wee Wisdom’s Requirements for all Child Care Employees

Each Child Care Group will have one Lead Caregiver. This person is responsible for planning comprehensive, age-appropriate activities for all students in his/her group, and implementing the activities planned. The "lead" caregiver is the person who spends the most time with the group throughout the week. Additional caregivers may be used at various times (lunch breaks, preparation times, etc.). However, the "lead caregiver" is the person responsible for the planning of all activities and behavior management of the group.
